Front‑End Planning: Coordinate and drive all Front‑End Planning activities, including WBS development, scoping reviews, Basis of Estimate inputs, and facilitation of risk and scope workshops- Schedule Development: Build and maintain integrated, resource‑loaded Primavera P6 schedules down to individual field‑execution tasks—incorporating scope, risk, estimate, budget, and constraint data—to ensure robust monitoring and control- Project Monitoring & Control: Own weekly schedule updates and cost/schedule variance analyses in Dynamics and Primavera; adjust forecasts and report any deviations from annual, release, or lifecycle budgets/schedules to the Project Manager- Risk Management: Monitor project risks; maintain and update the Risk Register; lead risk‑mitigation workshops and ensure all risk responses are tracked and communicated- Change Management: Administer the change‑control process—draft and secure approvals for change documentation, run “what‑if” analyses, update cost and schedule baselines, and preserve baseline integrity with full auditability- Cost & Schedule Quality Assurance: Reconcile project controls and financial systems, remediate discrepancies, and maintain accurate cost forecasting; enforce schedule best practices (critical path, float analysis, logical ties, minimal restraints) to uphold data integrity- Metrics & Reporting: Facilitate regular project metrics reporting and variance analysis; develop clear dashboards and reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress and performance- Cross‑Functional Interface: Liaise with engineering, operations, procurement, and Finance to synchronize project and financial systems, and collect status updates and forecasts from all resource providers.
