With over ten years of experience in HR and operations, I am currently the Clerk of Court at the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada, where I lead positive change and improve the quality and efficiency of court operations. I oversee the administration and management of the court, its staff, and its resources, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and policies.I have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep knowledge of HR processes and policies, through my previous roles at Amazon. I have also earned multiple certifications in employee engagement, cultural sensitivity, and resume writing, which reflect my passion for helping others and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
