Leading continuous improvement activities throughout the organization via training and lean methodology implementation driving a lean manufacturing culture-Conduct training on Lean manufacturing principles of 7 wastes, 5 S and Value / Non-value added activities-Conduct Value stream mapping events & develop Transformation plans -Drive efficiencies by conducting Kaizen events for all the VSM findings -Centerline production lines utilizing DIMAC process & data gathering/documentation to reduce line changeover times-Create an improved Line change over plan and implement it via training to all 3 shifts -Measure, validate and create sustainable plans to implement lean process changes-Drive daily production “Win a Day” management meetings to improvement between shift communication and increase alignment between all shifts-Perform daily Gemba walks to find waste and opportunities for efficiency improvements-Engage with the production /maintenance teams to uncover process bottlenecks, facilitate innovative out of the box thinking & create solutions to reduce / eliminate process bottlenecks to drive efficiency
