As Director of Enterprise Applications, I lead the digital transformation of REPA’s IT landscape across Europe, working directly with the CIO and executive board. My role focuses on aligning enterprise IT systems with business strategy, optimizing application portfolios, and enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready operations. Key Leadership Contributions:WMS Strategy & Global Rollout:Spearheading the selection and implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) integrated with cloud-hosted Microsoft Dynamics NAV. This initiative spans 9 countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, UK, UAE, Australia), optimizing fulfillment and logistics processes.ERP Modernization Governance:Advising on ERP integration and upgrade strategy to ensure seamless coexistence of legacy NAV systems and future enterprise platforms — while introducing integration via Boomi iPaaS to replace point-to-point SAP Integration Suite links.Board-Level IT Collaboration:Actively contribute to board discussions on digital strategy, IT security governance, automation ROI, and vendor selection — translating business priorities into actionable IT transformation roadmaps.Application & Data Strategy:Standardizing the enterprise applications landscape with a clear focus on scalability, performance, and security. Leading key projects across SAP FICO, WMS, MES, and analytics platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational alignment.
