Mechanical Engineering, Political Science Masters and 4 UPSC failures/learning experiences led to introspecting and narrowing down zillion interest to few. Constantly passionate about social issues with interests in local governance, participative policy making and impact evaluation. As social sector undergoes enormous growth in India, effective communication and inter dependance within various sub sections of this sector would influence service delivery for better. I believe that systems approach and capacity building of the government are a necessary base for newer markets and tech based solutions to be effective.
