I’m a strategy, partnerships and impact professional working at the intersection of sport, culture and business, with experience shaping programmes, partnerships and conversations that influence how the global sports industry thinks, leads and evolves.Currently, I’m a Programme & Impact Strategy Manager at Leaders, where I work across global events, content and partnerships to help senior decision-makers navigate themes such as inclusive leadership, cultural relevance, industry transformation and long-term impact. My role spans industry research, programme design, stakeholder engagement and strategic partnerships — translating insight into action for rights-holders, brands, agencies and federations operating at the highest level of sport.Alongside this, I serve as an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board Member at Brentford FC, providing governance-level advice to support the club’s strategic commitment to equity, inclusion and community engagement. This has strengthened my ability to operate credibly across both strategy and delivery, balancing organisational priorities with meaningful social impact. Across my career, I’ve worked closely with leading organisations including Wasserman, Meta, adidas and Prime Video Sports, developing partnerships, advising on cultural and audience-led strategy, and supporting commercial and thought-leadership initiatives. I’m particularly experienced in client-facing consultancy, senior stakeholder management and building collaborative platforms that create value for both businesses and communities. I’m recognised for my contribution to the industry as a Football Blacklist Awardee, and I regularly host, moderate and curate senior-level discussions across global forums.At my core, I’m motivated by work that connects, people, purpose and performance, helping organisations move from ambition to execution in a way that is credible, inclusive and commercially grounded.
