Program management: I lead the delivery of programmes (urban, energy, financial services and ease of doing business) in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and across other southern Indian states in coordination with the relevant strand leads.I work closely with the project implementing partners (PwC, EY, MottMac) to ensure delivery of key outputs under the program, I also liaise with government officials at the highest level to ensure impactful delivery and value for money, I actively engage in the M&E processes to make sure the project is on track with respect to time and budget.Strategic Engagement: I coordinate with network of key government contacts, think tanks, non-profit organisations and media community to ensure identification of partners and delivery of broader development and prosperity objectives, I work with trade colleagues to promote UK businesses and highlight UK\'s core strengths to create commercial opportunities. I lead the mission\' work (workshops, seminars, panel discussions) on climate change and COP26, engaging UNDP, ICRISAT, UN-Habitat, other diplomatic missions, academia and civil society to raise our profile and highlight local efforts to mitigate the impacts of climate change to wider audience in UK and to our global diplomatic network.I line-manage a resource at post and also ensure judicious use of budgets.
