ABOUT JAUREESE GAINES

A results-driven leader in education with over eight years of experience dedicated to designing and scaling equitable, high-impact social policy initiatives for K-12 students. My work centers on developing and implementing effective school-based interventions, with a particular focus on high-dosage tutoring programs that address academic disparities and foster student Success. My approach is deeply informed by my Master\'s in Education Policy, Organization and Leadership from the University of llinois Urbana-Champaign, where I specialized in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I am committed to embedding DEl principles into every facet of program design, partnership development, and implementation to create learning environments where all students can thrive.Beyond my professional roles, am a passionate mentor, driven by the belief that advancing and empowering young people is paramount. This commitment is reflected in my community involvement, including my work with the Obama Foundation and leading mentoring programs for marginalized students. I am always open to connecting with fellow educators, policymakers, and community leaders who share a commitment to creating equitable educational opportunities for all students.
