Jauffret started working for Veolia Environment in Paris as a Middle office/Treasury management team, accumulating strong knowledge of financial instruments and risk management as well as cash management. After moving to the Business Consulting team inside WallStreet systems, Jauffret expanded his knowledge to Treasury transformation including: Process standardization and simplification, process flows creation, identification of risk and inefficiencies areas, development of global operating model.This allowed Jauffret to create and lead of a transformation program in ION called \"DILO\"(Day in the life of). The program started in October 2015 and is going strong. Jauffret succesfully reviewed more than 40 corporations (BP, Exxon, Coca-Cola, Chanel, Veolia, UPS, Uniper, Henkel.),>10 central Banks (Chile, Portugal, Iceland, Netherlands, England.) PE and AM (Blackstone, EIB). The program accumulated more than activities and 4200 pain points as data points.Listening to clients need, Jauffret created CoE (center of Excellence) in 2021, to provide tailored, extended and specialized services to our customers. As of end of 2023, CoE has more than 80 customers and more than man days delivered in 2023, with an annual growth year of >100% every year since inception.After developing the CoE business line for ION corporates, Jauffret became head of Partnerships end of year 2023. Partnerships is key target for ION expansion and Jauffret\'s latest challenge.
