I am a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in US accounting, Record to Report (RTR), financial reporting, and end-to-end client transitions for US-based clients across diverse industries. My experience spans general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and process optimization in US GAAP–compliant environments.I have previously worked with Genpact as a Chartered Accountant within the MEC team, where I played a significant role in managing an end-to-end client transition from a competitor. My responsibilities included process migration, knowledge transfer, SOP stabilization, month-end close support, and close coordination with stakeholders to ensure operational continuity, accuracy, and compliance.Prior to this, at NCheng LLP, I supported US-based clients by delivering comprehensive accounting services using Sage Intacct and QuickBooks. I contributed to improving general ledger efficiency, strengthening financial reporting accuracy, enhancing internal controls, and successfully supporting client transitions and process improvements.Earlier in my career, I gained strong exposure to statutory audits, bank audits, and taxation while working with Mohit Agarwal & Associates—where I handled concurrent audit assignments for multiple banks—and at V.S. Gupta & Co, which helped build a solid foundation in audit, compliance, and risk assessment.I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University and am a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In addition, I have completed the GIR 51 certification from CA Monk, which has further strengthened my understanding of US taxation and regulatory reporting requirements.
