   Designed and launched eSgnature app for North American and European markets, in compliance with SOC2, ADA, TAA- Translated their best web product for mobile platform without compromise on customer loved features and usability resulting in higher margins and added product value- Researched competitors, took feedback from stakeholders and project managers, and designed the app in record time of three months, along with working on other projects like webservices and - Introduced design processes like, wireframing, Rapid prototyping with Figma and use of svgs as an asset in the development pipeline - Helped in cutting down application rollout times- Added design system and guidelines to act as templates for future design rollouts- Researched and added new features for improved User experience and helping the company cut costs- Designed and shipped products for development - Storefront and subscription purchase flow from scratch, with complex user flows and different subscription models- Use Firebase Analytics to get insights about user behaviour, feature usage and user flow breakages- Using insights to redesign features, remove unnecessary steps, and optimize user experience.
