6 MTPA capacity Cement Grinding Unit at Surat, Gujarat• Responsible as Head of Projects for Revival of 2 MTPA cement grinding capacity at Surat.• The project involves revival of 4 nos 200 TPH bulk receiving units (BRU); raw material storage hoppers, transport system, feeding system & 303 TPH Vertical Roller Mill grinding system with auxiliary circuit; 2 nos capacity cement storage silo; capacity flyash storage silo; 15 TPH Ball Mill for coal grinding along with HAG for hot gas supply; 66 kV switchyard & distribution system.• The project also involved setting-up of clinker silo along with feeding & extraction system, 2 nos double discharge 240 TPH Rotary Packers & 6 nos 120TPH truck loading machines; 50 TPH coal grinding & feeding system; plant utility network along with Fire Hydrant system; plant infrastructure development etc.
