I have been trained and certified through the Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM), Government of India, which has strengthened my understanding of national educational policies, capacity building frameworks, and structured training methodologies.In this role, I conduct CBSE Capacity Building Programmes (CBPs) and professional development workshops for teachers and school leaders of CBSE-affiliated schools.
