Leading a team of 210 members; comprising of engineers, fitters, welders, boiler & turbine operators and workmen. Studying & analysing plant MIS and costing reports. Arranging, analyzing, negotiating and finalizing various techno-commercial offers for availing spares and services. Handling and implementing various Projects of enhancing system reliability, creating redundancy, up-gradation of equipment & machinery and reducing human effort. Handling and implementing various Projects for reduction in spares cost, by coordinating with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and alternate vendor source. Liaison with various Government Departments which includes Power Discoms, Canal/Water Distribution, Land revenue, Pollution Control & Forest Department. Biomass fuel sourcing and annual planning for smooth plant operation.
