I am currently serving as Key Account Director at Assystem and Chairperson for Nuclear South West, where I combine strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and sector insight to support growth across the nuclear industry. In my role at Assystem, I focus on driving strategic opportunities across the nuclear sector. As Chairperson for Nuclear South West, I work with industry, government, local authorities, and regional clusters to champion the South West’s nuclear capability across civil and defence, and to promote the region as a key capability for delivering both local and national priorities. As a Senior Strategic Business Leader, I bring a proven track record of delivering growth, transformation, and innovation across government and global organisations, including BAE Systems, Rolls-Royce, Babcock/Cavendish, and Nuclear Restoration Services. My experience spans the full nuclear lifecycle, enabling me to align strategy with delivery and position organisations as trusted partners in complex, high-value programmes.
