Negotiation of Master Agreement with the vendor including Redlining the document and negotiating commercial and contractual terms in sink to legal Supportive in developing and implementing procurement policies and practices throughout the managed divisions encompassing clearly defined products and services, in order to maintain a satisfactory level of financial control with rational spend against the targeted service levels.
