For the last couple of years, I found myself to be a part of some great engineering teams, and I always look forward to meeting other technology professionals to collaborate, chat, and brainstorm.I have had the pleasure of leading teams and helping clients achieve their goals from inception to delivery. Any environment that involves continuous problem-solving, innovation, and is data driven is where I succeed. In my personal time, I like to devote my time to entrepreneurial activities, being current with technology trends, staying active, and yelling at television sets while watching Toronto\'s professional sports teams.    Homebase helps small businesses manage their work schedules, time clocks, payroll, HR, and more - so they can focus on their people.I currently the lead the Payroll Engineering Team and participate in Leadership groups- Led payroll product technical strategy at Homebase, delivering comprehensive solutions for small business scheduling, time tracking, payroll, and labor costs. Achieved 10x revenue growth over 3 years, recognized as CNN\'s \"Best Payroll Solution for Small Business\"(2024)- Directed multi-quarter initiative to enhance QA processes and test strategy, implementing Playwright with AI to create targeted test scripts that protect critical business outcomes- Currently leading architectural redesign to convert complex labor costing calculations across all 50 states into a scalable microservice system- Collaborated with stakeholders to drive product quality and growth. Participated in engineering leadership and operations review boards to optimize platform development, delivery, and stability- Managed teams of up to 14 engineers across payroll and growth product areas. Focused on building technical capabilities, feature delivery, encouraging AI adoption, and recruiting top talent.
