Having spent almost two-and-a-half decades in the digital space, I am now heading a business unit (Team Digital Engineering) of Team Computers, New Delhi, with more than 400 people. This unit had the mandate of ushering in the shift to architecting and providing customized digital solutions to the customers.Setting up dedicated teams both in Sales and Delivery for addressing the space of Analytics, Applications, Collaboration, Automation, and Cloud—from conceptualizing to adoption—has been a major contribution. Securing key clients, increasing product distribution, enhancing market share, and driving revenue growth have been the main thrust areas. I have developed a team that has the capability to deliver optimized and timely solutions for the success of the customer’s business.Currently, as Director, I am a core member of the Team Computers Management team.And heading Digital Engineering Team with more than 400 people that including Sales, Business Development, data scientists, solution architects, data engineers, product owners, infrastructure, data platform engineers, and Applications engineers, that drive the business value through Think, Design, Build, and Operate model.With the strong digital transformation acumen, in the past decade, I have enabled our team to deliver cutting-edge DIGITAL solutions to some of Global leading Enterprises across various Industries like Auto/ BFSI/ FMCG/ED-Techs/Digital Natives and Manufacturing through an enterprise framework that aligns with the strategic direction of Digital Engineering’s vision of building a more agile and scalable business model.I have set up specific teams around our solutions in the space of Analytics, Collaboration, Application, Automation, cybersecurity and Cloud to meet the enterprise business/functional objectives through technology best practices (people, process, and technology) ensuring agility, efficiency, and quality.At Team in the Digital Engineering business, we lay importance on understanding technologies and nurturing the talent of the best caliber.Demonstrated capability in providing strong and visionary leadership, driving revenue growth, and implementing techno-business solutions to drive business initiatives from concept to completion to adoption. These solutions are the nerve centre of our customers. In delivering these solutions, we have looked at the entire spectrum of leading technologies in the Gartner Leaders Quadrant. My team is adept at delivering the most optimized and timely solutions to make the business succeed.
