I have a strong academic and practical understanding of plastic compounding and engineering materials, with knowledge of polymer blends and alloys such as PP, PE, ABS, PA, PC, and PBT. I am familiar with fillers, reinforcements, and functional additives used to achieve targeted material properties. My exposure includes twin-screw extrusion compounding principles, material formulation basics, and process parameter control. I also understand key mechanical, thermal, and rheological properties of compounded plastics, along with standard quality testing methods such as MFI, tensile, impact, and density testing. I am continue developing expertise in engineering plastics compounding.
