ABOUT JATIN SINGLA

Jatin is a seasoned professional with 10+ years of Consulting & Industry experience in the Oil & Gas and chemical sectors, he brings a robust portfolio of expertise in Refinery Operations Management, Process Improvement & Plant Monitoring (using Aveva OSIsoft PI & KBC PetroSIM ), Decarbonization Initiatives (GHG emissions, low carbon product certification, PCF), Energy Management, Energy Assessment, Energy Efficiency, Data Analytics & Visualization, Process Engineering and Refinery Planning & Scheduling- He is Currently associated with Proclink Consulting, working with O&G clients to optimize their refinery operations via implementing operations management system- Before that, he was associated with Accenture Strategy & Consulting, working with Oil & Gas clients to provide solutions for their Energy Management, Process monitoring and optimization, Decarbonization initiatives related pain points (refer Projects section for more insights)- He also spent 4 years as a Senior Process Engineer at Haldor Topsoe, where he led a project team to ensure smooth and timely project execution. His responsibilities included overseeing and analyzing the man hours budget in coordination with the project manager, preparing basic engineering design packages (BEDP), developing project schedules to meet timing requirements and coordinating with equipment specialists and design engineers- He worked as Refinery Scheduler in Reliance Industries Ltd. Jamnagar, where his main responsibilities were refinery wide management of Fuel, Hydrogen, Power and Steam to reduce the overall fuel bill of the Refinery, hydrogen feedstock selection & management, LPG, Butane & Propane Scheduling for both DTA & SEZ complex- He also has 3 years of experience in Refinery Operations as a Field Engineer in Plants like Light Naphtha Hydrotreating unit, Hydrogen Generation Plant, Kerosene & LPG Merox Unit
