At Google Pixel, I lead the strategy and operations for a global suite of retail enablement applications. I managed the lifecycle of platforms spanning Training, Surveying, and Sales Enablement, which serve as the daily operational backbone for territory managers and sales associates.Prior to this in the founder\'s office of a RPA startup, built the company\'s pre-sales practice from ground up including demo environments, reusable POC frameworks, proposal templates, pricing models, and technical collateral.Led process discovery and feasibility, solution blueprints, effort estimates, and business cases.Prior to that at Ideapoke i helped global enterprises navigate there technology adoption. As a market research analyst, I worked with companies like Panasonic, Nippon, Honda and Mitsubishi. Answering question likes Which innovations merit investment? Which startups warrant partnership discussions? Where are markets actually heading? I leveraged primary and secondary research platforms to deliver strategic insights that informed significant transformation investments.This dual perspective shapes how I work at Google. I\'ve operated in both environments. I understand the urgency of startup execution and the complexity of enterprise decision making. I know what it takes to build products from the ground up and what it requires to scale them across diverse markets.
