Site and Construction Management • Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize output. • Overseeing the preparation of monthly progress reports entailing progress & details for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities Contract Management • Coordinating with external agencies for techno-commercial negotiations, preparation of tender / contract documents, cost estimates, including billing, variation proposals, etc. • Interpreting contractual obligations & rights and evaluation of technical problems for management reporting. Team Management: • Recruiting, mentoring, training and development of the field functionaries to ensure the operational efficiency. • Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates the high performance amongst the team members.
