Functional leadership (Technical Operations, Drug Product Design & Development, Clinical & Commercial Supply Chain, Pre-Formulation, Drug Delivery Enablement). I have successfully enabled the development of several oral products in large pharma as well as small biotech’s. At BMS, I led the cross-function Pharmaceutical Development team as well as the Technical Operations team responsible for the development and launch of Eliquis tablets which is one of the few products that employs a real-time release testing strategy. While at BMS, I also headed the Material Sciences, Exploratory Pharmaceutical Sciences and Commercial Product development groups. At Constellation, I head the Technical Operations, Supply Chain and Drug Product Development function and have led the growth of these functions to enable the company for successful filing and launch. Also accountable for developing regulatory strategies & interacting with regulators, developing life-cycle management strategies & creating intellectual property to extend product life-cycle
