   Preview and Schema API: Designed and implemented the preview and schema REST APIswhich can provide preview or schema for any live source or any existing datasets. Workincluded API design, code implementation and cross-team collaboration for downstreamservice API requirements. This enabled a rich data preview experience during dataset creationthrough live preview and on the dataset details page for already created dataset poweredthrough samples. Tech stack included Java (Spring boot).• API Test Framework: Spearheaded this innovation project and worked with a junior todevelop a test framework which drastically reduced the workload on the QA and acceleratedthe QA process. This was first adopted by my team in databricks work and later saw wideadoption across organization by several teams. Developed as a Javalibrary which can be imported in any Java project.• Data Profiling: Designed and added support for data profiling for datasets. This was a QoLimprovement which gave user insights on any dataset, like, min, max, average, valid, invalidrows. Profiling compute can be run on any of the engines like AMP (Alteryx engine) or anyspark engine (including the Databricks spark). Tech stack included Java (Spring), NodeJS,Postgres.• Dataset service CRUD endpoints migration: Led my team in bootstrapping the dataset servicerepo and migrating the CRUD endpoints from monolith to the new repo. This was one of thekey engineering milestones from the architectural board where we wanted to slowly go awayfrom the webapp monolith. Tech stack included Java (Spring boot), Postgres, Liquibase, gradle.• Databricks as an Engine support for Designer Desktop: Led my team in adding support forDatabricks (Databricks SQL as well as Databricks Spark) as one of the engines for dataprocessing in Alteryx’s main product, viz. Designer Desktop. Tech stack included Java,Databricks. This enabled a multimillion deal right on project delivery and later on, broughtmany more deals.
