ABOUT JATIN ADITYA REDDY

I am currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Marketing from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai.Presently, I\'m with Airtel as a Young Leaders Summer Intern 2026. This programme has a 25-year legacy of grooming future business leaders.I worked at Kypsa Strategic Design as part of the Unilever X Kypsa CTI HIVE team, conducting market research in the FMCG sector across consumer behavior, market strategy, and product analysis. My key focus areas included conjoint analysis, claims analysis, benchmarking, packaging perception, storyboards (TV and digital ads), MaxDiff analysis, and KPI assessments. I\'ve also worked at Kantar in the Data Strategy and Consulting division as a Senior Analyst, where I owned the end-to-end product development lifecycle for a digital capability solution for a leading FMCG client.I have a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Naya Raipur, where I\'ve published 2 research papers, one in UPCON 2020 and the other at ICLCDM 2021. During my college years, I also held several positions, including student coordinator for the Training and Placement Cell, Science and Technology Secretary at the Student Activity Center, and head of the finance department at the Entrepreneurship Cell.I am a curious thinker who loves complex challenges, and I aspire to become an innovative, socially sensitive leader in an era of rapid technological advancement.
