Financial Analysis: 1. Prepare a monthly financial reporting package for the eCommerce division 2. Design, develop, and maintain dynamic financial reporting tools to increase accuracy and improve efficiency 3. Develop KPI and metrics for management 4. Review, model, and track expenses and metrics 5. Cooperate with other departments in the preparation of analyses 6. Work directly with the Accounting team and eCommerce Director 7. Responsible for delivering weekly/monthly financial close, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidations utilizing financial systems and advanced excel functions. Strategic Planning 1. Assist with the annual budgeting and LRP process 2. Assist in driving analysis to identify, evaluate, and quantify risks and opportunities 3. Prepare the annual budget process and monthly forecasting updates 4. Ad hoc reporting as requested by division leaders
