   Supported customers with all quality-related issues for the ECU (Engine Control Unit) product and BIS (Before in Service) returned units with analysis reports. Conducted resolution investigations to close customer-issued Quality notifications affecting the PPM. Managed product change process, deviation, and product change requests from suppliers impacting products and manufacturing lines. Conducted product qualification validations on the production line as well as on the bench to approve supplier changes. Oversaw the Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP) and New Product Launch (NPL). Supported Test and New Product Launch departments to ensure cross-functional team success. Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues promptly and efficiently. Reported on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to adhere to processes and prevent non-conformity. Participated in the development and refinement of Design and Process FMEAs. Identified root causes and implemented permanent corrective actions for product quality issues using methodologies such as 8D and fishbone analysis.
