ABOUT JASWANT SINGH
Full-Stack Developer with over a year of hands-on experience designing, building, and shipping web applications across the MERN stack. Currently based in Dublin, Ireland, where I am pursuing an MSc in Information Systems with Computing - a programme that has broadened my understanding of enterprise software architecture, data management, system integration, and the relationship between technology and business strategy.My backend experience is built around Node.js and Express.js, where I design and maintain RESTful APIs with a consistent focus on performance, security, and scalability. I manage both relational databases (MySQL) and document-based stores (MongoDB), and I implement role-based authentication and access control systems suited to production environments. For server-side rendered applications, I also work with EJS as a templating engine, enabling dynamic, data-driven views within Express-based architectures.On the frontend, I build structured, responsive interfaces using React.js and Redux Toolkit, maintaining clean component architecture and predictable state management. I also work with Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation - giving me the flexibility to choose the right rendering strategy based on performance and SEO requirements. I am comfortable taking a feature from initial requirement through to a polished, production-ready interface.Beyond the core stack, I work with Docker for containerisation, AWS for cloud infrastructure, and Linux environments for server and system management. I build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support consistent, automated deployment workflows - bringing a DevOps-aware mindset to the teams and projects I contribute to.I also work with Power BI to design interactive reports and dashboards that surface meaningful insights from complex datasets.
