At Nationwide, I’m responsible for the strategy, operations, and financial performance of our India organization, working closely with global leaders to align vision, optimize operating models, and deliver strong business value across the enterprise.Before joining Nationwide, I led large-scale technology transformations and GCC expansion strategies at Northern Trust, Fidelity Investments, and the Royal Bank of Scotland. My career has allowed me to build deep expertise across custody, clearing, trading and fund administration platforms, cloud, data and analytics, AI/ML, digital assets, and the establishment of Centers of Excellence with strong governance and regulatory rigor.At the heart of my leadership philosophy is a simple principle: People First.
