I enjoy working through ambiguity, learning, mentoring and coaching.I\'m a proven IT leader delivering and supporting complex enterprise applications for a Fortune 100 global manufacturer. I have experience working in a global matrix organization while in a shared service department. Each project team I\'m on consists of 15+ people from multiple departments and geographies (Mexico, India, Germany, France, Australia, New Zealand, US and Brazil). I\'ve delivered solutions for global trade compliance, manufacturing, service parts, order to cash, purchase to pay, transportation, and EDI. At John Deere, I created an employee volunteer group that has donated over 160 laptops to non-profits and taught over students coding.Outside of work, I serve as President of Temple Emanuel.
