Review Project Sponsor\'s request (Project charters).Develop overall project management plan.Develop project scope documents, breakdown structures and dictionary.Develop Cost estimates and produce project total budget along with management reserves.Develop MS Project schedule and manpower loading trackers.Develop procurement plans and indulge it in the project management plan.Create org. charts and assign manpower accordingly.Develop work packages and hand over these packages to construction manager or supervisors (Depending upon project scale).Perform schedule updating and issue the reports to client on regular basis.Perform cost tracking which includes Earned Value Management involving calculations of SPI, CPI, TCPI, BAC, EAC and ETC etc.Perform project evaluations such as performance appraisals and arrange training\'s etc if needed.Coordinate quality assurance and control requirements for project to quality manager and arrange weekly meetings to track progress.Manage procurement by review trackers everyday and reports on weekly basis depending upon project.Create RFQ\'s, RFPs etc for all out of scope discovered work.Submit request for information (RFI;\'s), project change requests, Field change orders (FCO\'s) etc.Perform project close out by handing over turn over packages.Perform procurement close out and claims administrations.Manage project claims generated during project.
