I am thankful for my personal and professional experiences, which have helped to build my strengths in: on a few personality traits:Affinity for action:While working with Home-interior customers for delivery of their homes I faced ambiguous situations. Taking proactive actions, by keeping customers at the center, I continually maintained customers’ satisfaction and ensured the business unit remained profitable. Even though I have good instincts about customer issues, I seek data to validate.Discernment:As a leader, the opportunity for issues, conflicts or problems are ever-present- but all cannot be worked on simultaneously at one point in time. I developed business acumen to choose the one that would result in give the maximum output. It helped to execute extensive ideas with given constraints.Collaborative Leadership:I learned to align, lead, and grow teams from 10 people to more than 100 one hundred people. I coached them and collaborated with them to generate wins for customers and business. I created narratives to motivate them for better customer experiences. I join them to celebrate their wins and to learn from failures.Lifelong Learning:I don\'t like to settle as that helps me to grow. I strive to do something new to ensure that I have everything to sort out my customers’ problem. I learn from adversity and create opportunities out of my learnings.I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.I recently graduated with MBA and MS analytics to enable myself for career opportunities in product management, supply chain, and analytics.
