I’m a master’s graduate in Psychological Wellbeing in Clinical Practice, currently working as a Teaching Assistant and leading the Belong and Soar project: an initiative designed to foster inclusive mental health and community connection. My background blends academic rigor with lived experience, and I’m passionate about creating spaces where young people and families feel seen, safe, and supported.With experience across care work, mental health placements, and educational settings, I bring emotional literacy, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to evidence-based practice into everything I do.
