I have specialised in all aspects of residential, commercial and mixed use development land agency for over 25 years and have advised on a number of major portfolio acquisition processes. I am a member of the CBRE Residential Management Board and the National Team Executive Board.My team advises clients in the acquisition and disposal of development land throughout the UK. We deal with sites which benefit from, or have the potential to achieve residential planning permission. After 25 years in property, I have a reputation as a leading figure in UK residential land, with a wealth of contacts and experience. I work closely with residential colleagues across our network of offices throughout the UK, together with our existing specialist residential funding and sales teams to provide a fully integrated service.I am a member of the CBRE Residential Management Board; the National Team Executive Board and the Global Land Services Group.
