As Lead Process Engineer at Convertus Group, I’m responsible for the conceptual and process design of new and upgraded organic waste processing facilities across North America. I support early-stage business development, including tender submissions and feasibility studies, and stay involved throughout execution to ensure design continuity and alignment with project goals.My work bridges technical development and project delivery, in close collaboration with our CTO, engineering partners, and general contractors. I also work closely with our internal Operations team to ensure new designs are practical, efficient, and aligned with long-term operational needs.Convertus is Canada’s largest organics processor, and I’m proud to help shape solutions that support a more circular and sustainable future.
