Primary Objective o Risk Assessment: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of potential risks specific to Inventory management, Supply chain disruptions, E-commerce, Regulatory and Technology gaps impacting Margin loss, Customer experience and Safety.o Audit and Assurance: Establishing policy guidelines for conducting audits to minimize thefts, operational shrinkage, process compliance gaps and provide independent assurance to business formats in improving controls, and governance processes.o Data Analytics-driven Risk Identification: Leverage Loss and Shrink analytics tools to identify trends, exceptions, and leakages. Qualify the identified risks and work with business to enhance controls and review processes.o Technology Integration: Spearhead team of Data Engineers, Stack developers, Project Managers to: Drive platform integration for SOC. Develop Camera Analytics solutions using ML/AI for retail business. Integrate data into data lake to develop Loss Analytics solutions. Develop app/web-based solutions for Audits, Incident Management, Case Management etc.o Investigations: Conducting thorough investigations, ensuring accountability, and implementing preventive measures.o Incident Management: Utilizing security automation systems and a 24x7 Security Operation Centre to promptly respond to incidents and alarms.o Security Automation Systems: Design, Operate & Maintain Access Control, Fire Automation, Intrusion Alarms and CCTV systems deployed across Reliance retail stores and supply chain sites. o Budget Formulation & Control: Strategically formulating budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.o 3P Deployment and Compliance: Plan, deploy and monitor 3P deployment of Loss Prevention Associates across retail stores and supply chain sites. Review compliances with 3P vendors.
