About Jason Zheng

Hello, I\'m Jason Zheng, a junior at Illinois State University pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with an anticipated graduation date of 2027. I intend to return to school for a Master’s degree in Professional Accountancy and sit for the CPA exam following my master\'s in 2028.I served as the Vice President of Finance for Phi Gamma Nu, a professional business fraternity, where I managed budgeting and financial planning efforts. I also served as the Marketing Coordinator for Student Accounting Society, helping promote events and increase student engagement within the accounting community.Through these leadership experiences, I’ve strengthened my skills in financial management, communication, and organization. My involvement has also deepened my passion for accounting and eagerness to gain practical experience through internships and networking opportunities. I am developing strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail, which I believe are essential qualities for success in this industry.My goal is to contribute to a dynamic team where I can apply my knowledge and continue to grow professionally. I look forward to connecting with industry professionals and exploring opportunities in various areas of the accounting field.
