During my tenure, the team has supported YOY growth in our Embedded Base and New Client book of business, including support for the company\'s first One TTEC client and support for some our largest clients by revenue and headcount. We responded to the unprecedented shift to Work at Home service delivery and wholesale revision to our pricing, along with model and process improvements that re-imagined our approach to costing, market competitiveness, and streamlining the pricing process.
