Jason’s primary responsibility is to ensure existing and prospective clients maximize the resources made available to them through the JM Zell platform. Jason works closely with each client to develop real estate strategies that create value across their respective organizations to achieve overall operations and business goals. In addition, Jason leads transaction focused assignments where he assists clients in developing their real estate requirements and strategy, and then works with the greater JM Zell team to implement. Jason has successfully led strategy, research, marketing, and transaction efforts for clients in the commercial and non-profit sectors and specializes in working with clients who have diverse real estate portfolios.Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona, where he was recognized for his outstanding academic achievements by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Previously spearheaded research and marketing efforts for several national real estate strategy and acquisition/disposition engagements. Efforts resulted in several successful closings throughout the U.S, most notably Massachusetts, Virginia, and Washington DC.
