With over 23 years of experience in the property management industry, I currently serve as a Regional Support Manager at Highmark Residential, where I oversee the financial analytics, customer service, and sales operations just shy of homes across six apartment communities in Kentucky and Indiana. My focus is on ensuring exceptional satisfaction and retention levels while generating strong revenue through strategic operations.My expertise spans a variety of property management software, including Yardi, MRI, Onesite/Realpage Products, and Entrata, as well as leading revenue management tools like LRO and Yieldstar. This technical proficiency allows me to drive efficiency and growth in all aspects of property management.My mission is to deliver outstanding value to employers, ownership groups, investors, residents, and colleagues through effective communication, collaboration, and adaptability.
