I have concentrated my practice in products liability and toxic torts and have managed the firm’s well-regarded mass tort department for two decades. I represent clients in their toxic tort matters filed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York and have tried several cases to defense verdicts. I devote a portion of his practice to mediation, arbitration, and pro bono service and is on the Philadelphia Court’s Honor Roll for his pro bono service. He serves at monthly as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Civil Trial Division and volunteers with the Philadelphia Bar’s Fee Dispute Program as well. He is also a certified arbitrator for the 1st Judicial District of Pennsylvania and regularly sits as an arbitrator. In addition, he has completed a mediation certificate program with the Good Shepherd Mediation Program and has volunteered to mediate claims at Good Shepherd. Jason handles pro bono matters for the Support Center for Child Advocates and the Volunteers for the Indigent Program as well.Prior to my career at Goldberg, Miller & Rubin, I clerked for the Honorable G. Craig Lord in the Civil Trial Division of the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia.My success has been recognized by Thomson Reuters which has designated me a Super Lawyer in products liability every year since 2016.I also manage the day to day operations of GMR and handle contract and business negotiations as well as plaintiff personal injury claims.
