I have advised acquiring authorities in relation to land acquisition in relation to major food store developments, retail led mixed use schemes, leisure schemes and road schemes. My experience has included provision of expert reports to the Upper Chamber (Lands Tribunal) and cross examination at tribunal.• Service Charge Dispute Resolution – experienced in advising both landlords and tenants in the resolution of service charge disputes. This includes pre-litigation due diligence, negotiation, provision of expert reports for arbitration and the county court and attendance / cross examination at court.• Strategic Property Advice – experienced in providing strategic property advice to property companies, development companies, public sector bodies and institutional occupiers. This includes the provision of Green Book Treasury appraisals, planning support, supply and demand studies and valuation based advice.
