ABOUT JASON VONDRAK
Having been in the mortgage business since 2004, I’ve shared in a lot of great experiences with colleagues and clients alike. Since 2006, as President and Founder of Prospect Financial Group, Inc, I’ve learned a lot from my experience. Over the years, navigating the complicated landscape of mortgage lending has been rewarding, yet difficult at times. From tighter lending guidelines to increased regulatory reform, many changes were necessary to help protect the housing market from a repeat of the collapse experienced during the 2008 housing crisis. At Prospect Financial, over the past 10 years following the crash, we’ve supported and embraced these industry wide changes and firmly believe that the housing market is stronger than ever because of these changes.Thankfully, home ownership still remains among one of the top aspirations of most Americans today. Over the years, it has been a pleasure for both myself and my team, assisting our clients in helping them to realize the awesome goal of home ownership.
