As a Professional Services Manager at Hammerspace, I am responsible for managing the team and developing, launching Professional Services offerings.Before working in professional services as my primary job, I authored five books for Packt publishing concerning VMware Horizon, the most recent one being published in January 2019. I credit writing books for causing a permanent pivot in my career, and I encourage everyone to give it a shot. With some support and encouragement, I believe anyone can become a published author.I also hold a Master of Science in Information Assurance. While my current role does not have a pure security focus, I credit my Master\'s work in helping further develop my writing and critical thinking skills. Not a day goes by that I do not draw on some skill or knowledge obtained while working on my master\'s.
