Maintain scheduling and staffing as well as approval of payroll and vacation requests. Develop and implement training procedures and career paths for Slot Technicians. Coordinate activities within assigned jurisdiction as well as outside jurisdictions as required. Work with NY Depot to ensure required tools and parts are available and distributed as needed, assist Slot Technicians, provide feedback and conduct yearly reviews. Work with Director of Operations or Account Manager to coordinate game changes and moves.
