About Jason Tubbs

Over 25 years of project and program management experience for both large corporations and small companies. I have managed software, hardware, and hybrid project, programs, departments, and people. Through the years, I have held several key positions such as Project Manager, Senior Project Analyst, Senior Project Manager, and Program Manager to name just a few.With a strong analytical and management background, I have been responsible for managing various global, enterprise, and complex accounts that span multiple locations, platforms, and industries. In addition, I have re-engineered processes and workflows in order to bridge gaps, increase performance and identify “best in class” solutions. I am fluent in ISO certification and focus on flawless execution, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement.I hold a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems. I have a minor in Portuguese and am a fluent bilingual speaker. I am a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

   Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL), supports a variety of missions, including NASA’s vision to reveal the unknown for the benefit of humankind and the Department of Defense’s aim to protect our Nation on the ground, in the air, and in space. Our sensors, satellites, software systems, and science and engineering play an essential role in some important missions you’ve heard of, and others that you haven’t. My focus as a Systems Engineer is the integration of multiple software applications programs. This involves organizing with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute integration of multiple software applications into one system. This also includes tracking the integration against documented requirements, risk tracking, test plan documentation, and the technical progress and execution of the integration efforts. Most critical is learning and understanding the customer’s vision and timelines for agile system deployment.
