Royal Tapp & Clemko PLLC (RTC Law) provides legal services to businesses and individuals throughout the states of Texas and Oklahoma and beyond. In early 2021, I became a member of the Rechtsanwaltskammer Freiburg (Freiburg Bar Association) in Baden-Württemberg, Germany where, in addition to my domestic US practice, I provide services as a \"foreign legal consultant\" to local businesses and individuals seeking assistance with the interpretation and application of United States federal and state laws and regulations. My services include acting as local counsel in US-based litigation and arbitral disputes; reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various contractual agreements such as Master Services Agreements (MSAs), SaaS contracts, privacy/cookie policies, etc; and advising and representing companies in general civil litigation matters and similar disputes. Other areas of my practice include acting as designated legal counsel for US-based entities, entity formation, real estate transactions, qualified intermediary services for 1031 exchanges, estate planning and probate, landlord/tenant law, collections, and general civil litigation and arbitration (commercial disputes, personal injury, construction defect, premises liability, and more). Royal Tapp & Clemko, PLLC partners with tax professionals in both the Netherlands and Germany on issues of international taxation of corporations and individuals and is expanding its practice (both tax and corporate) into the burgeoning world of cryptocurrency/digital assets and what we call \"modern estate planning.\"
