Among many responsibilities:* Establish and manage a Quality Assurance and Change/Release management as well as Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity, and Service Desk Teams.* Implement and oversee all aspects of the planning/scheduling service updates, quarterly upgrades, project software QA testing and process, change management and release processes, service desk support, disaster recovery/business continuity procedures, Infrastructure, Interface, and other Health system components around our Epic Electronic Medical Record system for 8 Hospitals including Ambulatory, ED, Lab, Pharmacy depts, etc.* Establish SDLC best practices including driving the project lifecycle, delivering metrics, implementing QA testing tools, and overall development/QA processes.* Work closely with VP and Clinical Leadership on planning, scoping Change and Release Management of Epic EMR and Vendor deliverables including overall metrics.* Worked closely with Epic, Security, and Financial Auditors regarding Change Management, Business Continuity, and SLAs.* Implemented and trained users on Ivanti Service Management System for entire hospital system including developing associated customizations, training videos, and documented associated processes.* Director of Service Desk - Mentored and managed Service Desk manager and sixteen IT Support Analysts ensuring a high quality bar, process improvements, and system wide Service Desk metrics.* 24/7 responder for business impacting high priority incidents, working closely with Technical Operations and Clincial leadership to assess urgent issues.* Service Desk tools include SendWordNow and Genesys.*[Previous]- Director of Deskside Support - Mentored and managed DS manager and 60+ IT Support engineers, deployment techs, and Asset Management teams ensuring delivery and support of hardware, budget, process improvements, and other Service Delivery procedures.* Currently working remote but comfortable working both in office and remote.
