About Jason Morgan
Joined the Lexington office of Ward, Hocker, Thornton, PLLC in August of 2021 as a partner. I have worked in the legal, real estate development and insurance industries for well over two decades. I also have extensive experience with residential and commercial construction. My practice mainly focuses on litigation. I actively real estate developers, insurance companies, small businesses in commercial disputes, and individuals in estate, trust and guardianship matters. I garnered insurance claims and litigation experience working with a Gulf Coast catastrophe insurance service provider handling property damage claims associated with Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Wilma, Frances, Charlie and Jean. Likewise, I handled Department of Insurance compliance issues in Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, and Texas involving complex claim handling and complaint resolution.
