   Simultaneously successfully implemented ten enterprise systems, leveraging a very lean team, at a pace only described as that of a Pegasus start-up organization- Recruited, hired, trained, nurtured a highly-productive financial systems team from scratch- Prepared and presented preparations to executives for the next stage of the organization- Selected, budgeted, managed numerous key vendors/consultants, including Big4 and enterprise software- Negotiated a single-month $1.1M savings, and lesser perpetual monthly savings, on customer payments- Optimized the granular usage-based billing, from untenable, to 10k granular invoices in 4 business days, a new record according to the vendor. Prevented a system rip-n-replace, saving $250K+. This deliverable met the Controller\'s requirement to close off accounting period from 16 days down to 10 days- Renegotiated numerous SaaS, vendor, consulting contracts increasing level of support while decreasing annual spend by average of 30%- Passed internal audit, saving a six-figure engagement. Prepared organization for external audit- Integrated SnowFlake to ERP and began implementing MDM, data hygiene - Architected billing of multiple new Products- Implemented systems in USA/USD, CA/CAN, UK/GBP, AUS/AUD as well as Sales/VAT tax- Implemented SDLC for the Enterprise, and supporting systems, processes, documentation, training- Negotiated $100K credit from key vendor- Doubled quantity of AR transactions monthly, and the organization is fully prepared to quadruple with same team- Authored department Roadmap aligned to organization Roadmap.
